Is it safe to shop and pay on your website?
Your details are safe with our state of the art SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) 128-bit encryption. SSL is a well-established security system for the Internet that protects and secures your data.
What payment options are available?
You can pay by credit card, debit card, UPI and net banking via PayUMoney (or) Cashfree (or) cash on delivery payment options. You can use Cashfree gateway for Paypal payments.
Are there any shipping charges applicable?
If your order value is above ₹999, we will pay for shipping else you will have to bear a nominal ₹50 as shipping charges for orders below ₹999 & ₹60 as shipping charges for orders below ₹299.
Do you deliver outside India?
At present, we deliver within India only. You are most welcome to send a gift to someone in India (You can use the Cashfree payment gateway to pay via PayPal account).
How long does it take to ship and deliver?
We ship pre-paid orders within two working days after payment confirmation. It can take anywhere between 2-8 working days for pre-paid orders to reach you. Kindly check the status on the tracking link since no SMS will be sent. We ship the orders to shipping address provided and cannot redirect during or after order delivery.
Can you deliver on a specified date?
At present, we do not have express delivery or specific date delivery option.

Is COD option available?
Yes, we service over 2500 pin codes, please check if your pin code is serviced before choosing CoD option. You check on any product page to find CoD availability for your pin code.
How does CoD work?
Check if your PIN code is eligible for CoD and if yes, choose Cash on Delivery on the 'payment' page. We will process the order only after verification by email or SMS. Only two attempts will be made to verify the order. Orders with an incomplete address at checkout will be automatically cancelled.
Are there any additional charges for CoD?
There is a nominal ₹60 charged additionally for all CoD orders. Your total invoice value should not be lower than ₹300 or exceed ₹4999 to avail CoD.
What is the processing time for CoD orders?
Processing time for CoD orders varies between 2-3 workings days after verification.
How do the delivery and payment work?
We use reputed service providers for our CoD orders. You will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment. Only CASH payment can be accepted at the time of delivery. The box can be opened only after payment is made to the delivery person. Rejection of order will lead to future disqualification of CoD privilege (we incur ₹200 losses on every rejection).
What is Pre-order?
Pre-order means advance order where you will book the product, but it will be dispatched only after two-three weeks from the closing of the pre-order period (typically 4-6 weeks from the date of order).
Why should I Pre-order?
You can save a minimum of 15% (up to 30%) on pre-ordered items.
How to avail the discount?
The discount is available only if the suggested coupon for the pre-order sale is used at the time of checkout. We cannot modify the invoice after an order has been placed.
Will I make payment for the pre-order on the date of order?
Yes, which is why we offer you the discount.
What happens if pre-order is discontinued?
Due to unforeseen circumstances, the pre-order sale may be stopped without notice/intimation. If the pre-order sale gets cancelled your payment will be refunded in full to your bank account.
How will I know as to when I will receive my order?
The date of tentative shipment is available at the time of pre-order. Also, we will send a tracking number as soon as we dispatch your order.
Is there COD facility for pre-order?
No, pre-order is available only with prepayment. All pre-orders with COD payment option will be cancelled.
We hope you never cancel or return a product. However, we would be there to help you whenever you do so due to certain circumstances. As a first step, we are laying out our cancellation and return policy to take care of your hassles.
Order still under processing: You can cancel an order that yet to fulfil by emailing us at email@example.com with your order ID. If it is a prepaid order, we will process the refund within 7-10 days.
Items damaged when received: We take utmost care while packaging to ensure that the product reaches in perfect condition. However, due to reasons beyond our control, the items delivered might get damaged in transit. Please do not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner. Please contact us if you open the packaging and discover that the item is damaged. We would be more than happy to replace (if in-stock) or cancel your order under such a circumstance. We would request you to let us know of the damage on the same day you received it by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order ID.
Products damaged while being used do not qualify for a refund or replacement.
Incorrect items received: We built a robust fulfilment process to ensure the accuracy of orders, however, if you receive a wrong item from ones you ordered, we will get the incorrect item picked up from your delivery address. We will ship the right items at our earliest.
We will manage any other reasons for cancellation or return on a case-by-case basis.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel an order by logging into your account or simply from the order confirmation email or by sending an email to us at email@example.com with your order ID. If it is a prepaid order, we will process the refund within 7-10 days. No cancellation request will be accepted after shipment. If you cancel before shipping, we will refund the full amount back to you (applicable on pre-paid orders only).
How do I find the product sizes?
The product dimensions are clearly mentioned in each product description. We try to make sure that you are given a clear idea of the size of the product by adding actual pictures of people using it. Check our sizing guide.
What material is used in the products?
Each product description clearly mentions the material used. We strive to source quality products that commensurate with the price.
Will I get the same product that I see in the photograph?
You should get what you see, and we add notes to product description in case of any possibility to change to bead or stone colours. We take utmost care to show the actual product appearance, still, the photo quality may vary depending on your device screen and lighting.
Can I get my order gift wrapped?
You can choose to gift your order to your loved ones. Just ensure that your shipping address accordingly reflects that same. The option is available when you checkout. Be sure to add a gift wrap to your cart.

How to use a discount code?

If I forgot to use my discount code?
We will not be able to change or apply a discount at the back-end. Please be sure to apply any current discount code that you may have at checkout.
