SHIPPING & DELIVERY


ARE THERE ANY SHIPPING CHARGES APPLICABLE?

If your order value is above ₹999, we will pay for shipping else you will have to bear a nominal ₹60 as shipping charges for orders below ₹999.

DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE INDIA?

At present, we deliver within India only. You are most welcome to send a gift to someone in India (You can use Cashfree payment gateway to pay via Paypal).

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP AND DELIVER?

We ship orders within two working days (items marked as immediate shipping available). It can take anywhere between 2-10 working days for orders to reach you. We are NOT responsible for delivery if wrong shipping address or phone number is provided in the order.

CAN YOU DELIVER ON A SPECIFIED DATE?

At present, we do not have express delivery or specific date delivery option.

CAN I PAY AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY?

We have currently withdrawn COD payment option due to increasing number of misuse of order placement and refusal at the time of delivery.

RETURNS & CANCELLATION


PRODUCTS BOUGHT ON SALE & USING DISCOUNT CODES CANNOT BE RETURNED UNLESS DELIVERED DEFECTIVE.

WHAT IF I DO NOT LIKE THE PRODUCT I ORDERED?

We cannot accept return for such a reason, we suggest that you select the products after careful evaluation at your end. All products sold on our website are of personal nature and we do not accept return or exchange. If you have questions on products, write to us before making the purchase.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED PARCEL OR PRODUCT?

We take utmost care while packaging to ensure that the product reaches in perfect condition. However, due to reasons beyond our control, the items delivered might get damaged in transit. Please do not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner. Please contact us if you open the packaging and discover that the item is damaged. We would be more than happy to replace (if in-stock) or cancel your order under such a circumstance. We would request you to let us know of the damage on the same day you received it by emailing us at support@pinkhippostore.com with your order ID.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT ITEM?

We built a robust fulfillment process to ensure the accuracy of orders, however, if you receive a wrong item from ones you ordered, we will get the incorrect item picked up from your delivery address. We will ship the right items at our earliest. Please write to support@pinkhippostore.com with order reference.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can cancel an order by logging into your account or simply from the order confirmation email or by sending an email to us at support@pinkhippostore.com with your order ID. We will process the refund within 7-10 days. No cancellation request will be accepted after shipment. If you cancel before shipping, we will refund the full amount back to you.

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

We have multiple cashless payment options for you to choose - Credit Card (Visa, Master/Mastero, Amex), Debit Card (Visa, Master/Mastero, RuPay), Net Banking, UPI, Mobile Wallet, Paypal (via Cashfree). Buy now and pay later option is available via Cashfree (Ola Money Postpaid, LazyPay & ePayLater)

REFUND

WHAT IS PINK HIPPO’S REFUND POLICY?

If an order gets cancelled, we issue a full refund to the payment mode you used to pay for the order within 7 - 12 working days. In case of order cancellation before shipping, full amount will be refunded. In all other cases we will issue a refund after deducting the delivery charge (if any). Refund will be initiated only after your returned product has been received at the store and will take a further 7 - 12 working days.

HOW DO I JOIN THE HIPPO CLUB REWARDS?

Customers with accounts are automatically enrolled. If you do not have an account, make sure to create an account during checkout on your next purchase.

HOW DO I EARN POINTS?

Register: You can earn 500 currencies as soon as you join the club.

Purchases: Earn 1 point for every Re.1 spent.

Referrals: Have friends, let them know about Pink Hippo Store. If they register and buy, you will get 1000 currencies and you can gift them 5% discount from us.

The rewards are issued as coupons. Please note that points are not earned for any shipping fees, taxes or discounts applied. Rewards will not accrue during sale period.

HOW DO I REDEEM REWARDS?

It is simple and easy, sign into your Pink Hippo Store account and redeem through the Redeem Rewards Page which can be accessed through the Rewards Widget located at the bottom of the store.

HOW DO I FIND THE PRODUCT SIZES?

The product dimensions are clearly mentioned in each product description. We try to make sure that you are given a clear idea of the size of the product by adding actual pictures of people using it. Check our sizing guide.

WHAT MATERIAL IS USED IN THE PRODUCTS?

Each product description clearly mentions the material used. We strive to source quality products that commensurate with the price.

WILL I GET THE SAME PRODUCT THAT I SEE IN THE PHOTOGRAPH?

You should get what you see, and we add notes to product description in case of any possibility to change to bead or stone colours. We take utmost care to show the actual product appearance, still, the photo quality may vary depending on your device screen and lighting.

CAN I GET MY ORDER GIFT WRAPPED?

You can choose to gift your order to your loved ones. Just ensure that your shipping address accordingly reflects that same. The option is available in the cart page. Be sure to add a gift wrap to your cart.

HOW TO CARE FOR FASHION JEWELLERY AND ACCESSORIES?

CAN I APPLY A PROMOTION CODE TO AN ORDER I ALREADY PLACED?

Unfortunately, we cannot retroactively apply promotion codes to any orders.

WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS OF A SALE/OFFER?

All purchases on sale are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Prior purchases cannot be adjusted. Cannot be combined with other offers or codes. CAN I GET ALL MY DATA DELETED FROM PINK HIPPO STORE?

We completely respect your privacy, please write to compliance@pinkhippostore.com to place a request to delete personal data. Please be sure to place the request from your email ID registered with Pink Hippo Store. If we do not receive from the registered email ID, we will not be able to process the request. Please allow 30 days to complete the process. You will receive an email confirmation towards the same. Data related to orders and purchases cannot be deleted due to Indian statutory requirements.
